Manage/View Providers

These business entities provide the actual services. As a Provider user I want to accept a ride for a client on behalf of partner/broker so that the client can take a schedule ride from point A to point B . Accept or reject rides from brokers/partners, dispatch and assign rides to their drivers and fleet or vehicles, and their drivers start, complete or cancel one or many rides. Once an agent assigns a ride (either through auto-assign, or assigning individual rides) the ride information gets sent to either Uber and LYFT or Independent transportation provider.
Rides can be auto accepted or auto rejected according the set configuration for the providers.

Create Providers

Steps to Create a Provider in OTG:

1. Login to OTG
- • Launch the OTG application in your web browser.
- • Enter your username and password, then click Login.
2. Navigate to the Providers Section
- • In the left-hand navigation menu, click on "Providers".
- • This will open the Provider management screen.
3. Create a New Provider
- • Click the "+" (Add) button, usually located at the top of the Providers page.
- • A form will appear for entering provider details.
4. Enter Providers Information (if required for documentation consistency)
- Fill in the necessary details such as:
- • Transportation Name
- • Contact Details
- • Upload Logo
- • Any additional fields marked as required.
5. Save the Provider
- • After entering the information, click the "Save" button.
- • A confirmation message should appear indicating the Provider has been successfully created.

View Assigned Rides

Assigned Rides

Rides accepted by Providers reflect in the grid in Assigned tab. Then as per Ride status rides get sorted in different tabs.

Available Ride

Rides which are send to the Providers appear in Available grid. Providers then accept/reject the ride manually.
