For Riders / Customers

OTG Rides, Inc is a global provider service specializing in pre-booked, reliable transportation. Our core services include:

  • Hospital Transfers: Stress-free rides to and from the hospital.
  • Point-to-Point: A direct, private ride from your specified pickup location to your destination.

You can book a ride directly through the booking form on our website. Simply enter your pickup and drop-off locations, date, and time. You will then select your preferred providers and confirm your booking details.

Yes. User can cancel the rides by calling our customer support representative. CSR can also help in rescheduling the rides for the clients.

We offer a range of ride services to suit your needs and preferences, including:

  • One Way, Roundtrip and Multileg Rides.
  • Ride services according to the selected Level of Service and Assistance Type.

For Partners

A Booking Partner is a business or professional (like a Travel Network Company or a Hospital) who uses the OTG Rides, Inc platform to book and manage provider services on behalf of their own clients. You maintain the relationship with your client; we provide the reliable, global transportation solution.

Your Partner Portal is your command center. It allows you to:

  • Manage a Client Roster: Create and save profiles for each of your clients and their frequent travelers, so you don't have to re-enter details like names, phone numbers, and common addresses.

  • Centralized Dashboard: View and manage all upcoming, active, and completed trips for all your clients in one place.

  • Create Client Groups: Logical groupings of clients, which can be used for applying shared rules, managing eligibility, assigning services, or bulk operations. For example, clients under a specific health plan or care program may be grouped for streamlined management.

OTG uses a configurable rule-based system to determine voucher and eligibilities. Admins can define eligibility and voucher criteria's based on different factors such as budget, Miles, geographic zones, zip codes etc. Once configured, the system automatically checks these rules before applying any voucher or eligibility to ensure only qualified users benefit from the offer.

No, we will never contact your client for payment. The financial relationship is strictly between OTG Rides, Inc and you, the Partner.

  • You are Billed: We provide you with a single, consolidated invoice for all trips booked through your account over a billing period (e.g., monthly).

  • You Bill Your Client: You then invoice your own client according to your own terms and pricing. This allows you to bundle our service into your own travel packages or management fees.

Our booking form clearly separates the "Booker" (you) from the "Passenger" (your client). All service communications, such as trip reminders and driver details, will be sent to the passenger's contact information that you provide. The driver will greet them by name, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for your client.

Yes. Your Partner account can support multiple user logins. You can create credentials for your colleagues, allowing your whole team to book and manage travel from the same centralized platform, ensuring everyone is working from the same information.

Your Partner Portal provides real-time status updates for all active rides. You can see when the driver is en-route, when they have arrived at the pickup location, and when the passenger has been picked up and dropped off. This visibility allows you to proactively manage your client's experience without having to make a single phone call.

For Service Providers

A Transportation Provider is a professional, licensed, and insured company that owns and operates a fleet of vehicles. Providers are responsible for fulfilling the rides booked through our platform with high-quality vehicles and professional Drivers.

Yes. We offer multiple ways for Providers to connect with our network. While you can manage jobs directly through our dedicated Provider Portal, we also offer API integration. This allows for a seamless flow of booking information , automating ride acceptance and assignment.

Rides are offered to our Provider network based on location and vehicle availability. You will receive ride offers through your portal or integrated system. Providers have the flexibility to accept or decline rides based on there capacity and schedule, allowing providers to supplement there existing business seamlessly.

For Brokers

A Broker partnership is designed for businesses like Travel Network Company (TNC), Hospitals and corporate that book ground transportation on behalf of their clients. Our platform gives you the tools to book and manage reliable, premium provider services for your customers globally.

We provide you with access to a dedicated Broker Portal. Through this dashboard, you can:

  • Get instant estimation for rides.

  • Book and manage multiple trips for different clients.

  • Store client details and preferences for faster booking.

  • Track ride progress in real-time.

  • Access detailed reporting and invoicing for easy reconciliation.

Partnering with OTG Rides, Inc allows you to add a high-quality, reliable service to your portfolio. We offer competitive commission structures on the rides you book, providing a valuable new revenue stream. Furthermore, you enhance your clients' satisfaction by offering a trusted, single-source solution for their global ground transport needs.

For Booking Flex Rides

Your ride will remain on hold until you notify us. No vehicle will be dispatched until you confirm.

No. Once the ride is created, the selected option cannot be switched. If you need to change, you must create a new ride.

No. Since the ride is not dispatched until you notify, you will not be charged if you never confirm.

For Text When Ready, the system automatically sends an SMS to the client.
For Call When Ready, the passenger directly calls when ready.

You can always use the Call When Ready option as a backup to confirm your ride.

For Uber the SMS expires on the next day before 6 AM.
For Lyft the link in the SMS expires after 24 hours.
